How we help

  • Coaching is a deeply rewarding profession, but it can also be isolating and demanding. Coaches navigate complex client situations, ethical dilemmas, and the challenge of maintaining their own well-being. Without a reflective space to process these experiences, burnout and blind spots can emerge, impacting the quality of your work.

Coach Supervision provides an essential reflective space, allowing you to explore your coaching practice in a safe, supportive environment. It ensures alignment with ethical standards, fosters professional growth, and helps you sustain your energy, gain fresh insights and enhance your confidence - ultimately enabling you to deliver greater value to your clients.

For coaches committed to ongoing excellence, supervision is not just a resource - it’s a necessity.

Our co-facilitated group sessions offer a dynamic learning environment where you can:

    • Explore current coaching challenges

    • Deepen your ethical practice

    • Strengthen professional well-being

    • Learn from talented peers in a collaborative setting

Group supervision is a dynamic learning environment where we all share insights, learn from talented peers, and grow together.

  • Navigating the journey to ICF credentialing or renewal can feel overwhelming without the right support. With over four years of experience as volunteer leader in the ICF Australasia Southern States Leadership Team, I’ve guided many coaches through the credentialing process, helping them confidently navigate the ICF website, application requirements and exam preparation.

ICF Mentor Coaching provides a structured and guided path to help you understand, integrate, and demonstrate the ICF Core Competencies with confidence. Whether you’re working toward your initial ACC credential or preparing for renewal, our programs offer a supportive and enriching experience designed to elevate your coaching practice.

For new coaches, mentor coaching ensures a strong foundation in ethical, effective coaching that meets professional standards. For experienced coaches renewing their credentials, it’s an opportunity to refine your practice, address blind spots, and stay aligned with the latest ICF standards.

Note: Initial ICF Credentialing and ACC renewal require ten mentoring hours over a period of more than three months, with at least three hours being individual (1:1) mentoring.

If you have already accrued some mentoring hours, you can join us for the 7-hour group program and/or book individual mentoring hours as needed.
